We do not currently sell any merchandise on our Website and will under no circumstances pass on any personal information stored to any third party. The only exception is that we may need to pass on your details to our Walk Leader if any additional information is required in order that we can respond to a query raised by a visitor to the Website. However we will advise you of this before we pass on your details.

We only hold any personal information for a maximum of 30 days. However this could be longer if we are dealing with a query that takes longer than the 30 days.  


However we will always ask if you would like us to delete your personal information once we have been able to assist with your enquiry before the 30 day period ends from the date the enquiry was resolved.  


Or after 30 days you do have the option of adding your contact details to our mailing list.  We will require your consent to do so.
